Support Services

No one knows all the answers, but when you pay for IT support, you don’t expect someone to turn up on site and immediately ‘Google’ your problem, phone the office to find out about your systems, or ask the client what his IT set up is-or where the servers are.

We give you a single point of contact.  When we take on support for our customers we carry out an IT audit to assimilate all the information we need for our permanent file, which we constantly update.

Our permanent file contains everything about your systems and hardware, including a summary of when software licenses expire, which automatically updates each day.

We know which systems are critical, who sits at what machine, and where that machine is in your office, we want to be as efficient as possible and can remotely fix your problems or attend site. 

We have a four hour response time and you pay a fixed monthly fee, based on the equipment you have.

So this is where you get to work it out yourself, if you prefer, so you know how much it will cost you per month (excluding VAT) before you pick up the phone.

Calculation

If you add a new desktop then your monthly payment increases by £10 plus VAT

What else do we do?
We can help you to build and update your systems over a time and budget to suit your business growth and cash flow.  We will calculate various budget scenarios for you, we just need to know what your growth plans are over the next 5 years so that we can build on your systems rather than replace them.
